AromaYoga Flow
This is a gentle Yoga flow class for women using essential oils to enhance practice, connection, breathing and relaxation.
There is a 10 minutes guided meditation at the end of each class connecting with different energetic centres every week.
If you are looking for a gentle yoga flow, stretch, relax your mind after a stressful day, switch off, recentre and align with your soul this class is perfect for you.
All levels welcome.
